If you order multiple items and duplicate shipping charges are incurred, we will refund you as soon as the shipping charges are determined.

Customs duties can be prepaid at checkout.
The amount is automatically calculated based on the item and destination, so no additional payment will be required upon delivery.
However, depending on the destination or shipping carrier, prepayment may not be available. In such cases, we will notify you at the time of shipment and refund any prepaid duties accordingly.

[Delivery method]
The delivery method is the method specified by our shop, and as a general rule, customers cannot choose it. As a general rule, we do not accept dates or time zones.
However, if you wish to specify the delivery method, date, or time zone for some reason, please be sure to contact us in advance before ordering. We cannot accept different delivery address specifications for each product. We apologize for the inconvenience, but please place an order for each delivery address. We cannot accept specifications after ordering. Please note.
[Estimated delivery date]
Usually ships within 3 business days. However, if there are holidays such as GW during the year-end and New Year holidays, we will ship sequentially after the next business day. * Business days are Tuesday, Thursday to Saturday. Holidays are excluded. Basically, it will arrive in 2 to 3 days after delivery from our company. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.)
This does not apply in areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note.
[Damage during delivery]
When packing, we will prepare for shipping with due consideration so that the outer box will not be scratched or dented, but after delivery to the delivery company, we will prepare for shipping. There is a possibility that some trouble may occur during transportation or damage may occur due to the responsibility of the delivery company. Please forgive scratches and dents on the outer box that do not interfere with the use of the main unit.
[If the delivery address is absent]
For items that cannot be posted to the post, if the delivery address is absent even after 7 days have passed since the absentee card was posted, the item will be returned to the shipping source. If the item cannot be delivered and is returned, the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the redelivery, so please receive it as much as possible.
