--------------------------------------

NOMA t.d. is an apparel brand started in 2005 by Masako Noguchi and Takuma Sasaki. Visually explores the history of the brand, which develops contemporary collections by adding a new perspective to unique textiles that utilize hand drawings and traditional techniques such as printing, dyeing, and embroidery encountered in Japan and overseas. A collection of works has been completed.
With the theme of archiving and editing, the dynamic visuals that are randomly combined, and the structure that gives a glimpse of the studio and production site, as well as hints of creation, make it a book that is typical of these people who create things with their own ideas. I did.

When I was a child, the world seemed full of lines and patterns. Flowing rivers, wild flowers swaying in the wind, railroad tracks, electric wires, roofs, rice fields, rays of light shining through the gaps in the trees, and strong shadows spreading beneath your feet. The lines went on forever, and the pattern felt infinite. They still fill my world.
